STIF Grant Fund Opportunity
Applications are being accepted by Basin Transit Service Transportation District for STIF public transportation projects. Eligible projects include vehicles, facilities, technology, operations (staff wages, fuel, maintenance) planning, project administration, or similar type projects. Projects must provide public transportation services for persons living in Klamath County.
Eligible parties include county, cities, transportation districts, public or private agencies, nonprofit organizations, federally recognized Indian tribes, individuals or any of these joined in cooperative agreements in Klamath County. Eligible applicants must be able to demonstrate the organizational, financial, and managerial capacity to administer a grant in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
Successful applications will be funded for the biennium beginning July 1, 2027, and ending June 30, 2029.
