This location (Seventh and Pine Street) has been the "heart" of BTS services since the beginning of
operations in 1981. The building currently serving the location was installed at a cost of $ 30,000 in
August 2000 with the assistance of an ODOT grant. Giant flower pots, litter containers, and a drinking
fountain have been provided by the City of Klamath Falls.
Also thanks to the City of Klamath Falls, geothermal heating coils have been installed under the entire
location. During winter months everything stays toasty warm and snow and ice simply melt away. We may
have the only geothermal heated passenger shelter in the entire United States!!!!!

Another unique feature of this facility is located directly across the street. The Community Lounge is
open to all citizens and offers clean restrooms, snacks, a automated cash teller machine, and a nice place
to rest away from the heat and bustle of the day.
The station offers not only a comfortable location for downtown customers to wait for their bus, but it
also provides a transfer location for our Mainline buses traveling both North and South and for our Feeder
bus serving the Pelican City neighborhood and the Stewart Lennox area. Buses meet at this location every
30 minutes, Monday through Saturday.
